METAL PROCESSING AND FABRICATION 

We are able to shear aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel.

Up to 1/2" thick, 10 ft long 44W plates. 

Our plasma table has a 32' x 8' bed, it's CNC Plasma/OxyPropane allows us to burn all types of shapes in mild steel, QT, stainless steel and aluminum.

We can fabricate from stair pans to angles, cones to enclosure guards and conveyor troughing, lock boxes, bollards, railings.

For forming, our bending capacity goes up to 10 ft with 1/2" thick mild steel. We can go to 12 ft long depending on the thickness of the plate.

We can offer hardfacing with Tungsten Carbide. 

This technique is well known for its corrosion and abrasion resistance.
